We stand up your Zeroth OS on its own foundation: a dedicated backend, your foundation documents loaded in, and users, roles and permissions set. Then we build the extensions and role-specific setups, test on your live data, and run a live handover with training for each function and a 30-day check-in.

Automation
Design, build, hand over

We review the target process and design the automation, then wire it to your data and integrations and test it on real inputs. It goes live with monitoring, a runbook, and a walkthrough so your team knows exactly what it does and when it runs.

Do I need the Zeroth Operating System or just an Automation?
Two clean rules of thumb. If the problem is "our whole operation needs to run better" (connected tools, work that runs across the business, an audit trail across everything) you want the Zeroth Operating System. It is a one-off implementation of the system that runs your firm. If the problem is "I just need this one task off my plate" (outreach, property search, content generation, document review) you want a Zeroth Automation. One job, configured to your business, running end-to-end. Plenty of firms start with an Automation and move to the Operating System once they see what is possible.
What does it cost?
The Zeroth Operating System: a fixed-price engagement, with optional monthly maintenance. Zeroth Automations: a one-off setup plus a monthly subscription per automation. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices. Get in touch for current pricing.
How long does it take to go live?
The Zeroth Operating System typically runs one to two weeks end to end: Discover (workshop and audit), Deliver (prepare, then implement and educate), then maintenance. Zeroth Automations go live in three to five business days after the configuration call.
How does it work, and where does my data sit?
Fixed-price implementations, on the tools you already own, with no migrations and no new systems to log into. Everything runs in the Australian region (ap-southeast-2, Sydney), with row-level isolation and encrypted secrets so one client's data is never visible to another. Every state-changing action writes to an audit log, and irreversible ones sit behind an approval gate scoped to each role.
Do I need a technical team to run it?
No. The output runs inside your existing systems. Your team uses it and does not have to operate it, debug it, or learn anything new. We handle every integration, every credential, and the audit log.
Who is this for?
