This is the guarantee gate — your 50% deposit is fully refundable until you sign off here. If you don't believe the numbers will pay back 3-to-1 or better, you walk.

How we back it

Two walk-away points. One before we build, one after we deploy.

Layer 01 — Requirements Review

Walk if it doesn't pencil.

50% deposit on signature. Fully refundable until you sign off the Requirements Review. Go through onboarding, the staff workflow questionnaire, and the Requirements Review session — and see your Certified Savings Figure built bottom-up from your team's own data. If at any point before sign-off you don't believe it'll pay back 3-to-1 or better, you walk. Deposit refunded in full within 30 days. Contract void.

Layer 02 — 90-Day Operational Certification

Hit the criteria. Or we keep working free.

At Requirements Review we agree what each workflow will save — bottom-up from your team's data, not a marketing number. We agree the operational acceptance criteria. All of it goes into your contract as the Certified Savings Figure. 90 days after deploy we measure. If anything's short, we keep working free until it isn't. If a workflow is genuinely unachievable, you get a pro-rata refund on that workflow.

Your only real downside is the time your team spends in discovery. Ours is unbounded free work if we miss. That's the offer.
