At Requirements Review we agree what each workflow will save — bottom-up from your team's data, not a marketing number. We agree the operational acceptance criteria. All of it goes into your contract as the Certified Savings Figure. 90 days after deploy we measure. If anything's short, we keep working free until it isn't. If a workflow is genuinely unachievable, you get a pro-rata refund on that workflow.
